You have been listening various times to get best engineering education one should pursue it from IIT!
To get admission in IIT you have to clear two examinations I. e JEE Main & Advance. By clearing just main you can have chances to join good NIT's like MNIT etc. There are various good private institution too like BITS, SRM, VIT they usually conduct there own entrance examinations. And every State has it's own University examinations like UPSEE for Uttar Pradesh.

There is a very little scope of chemical engineering in India but a great scope abroad. NIT-Jalandhar is good. But you have to do work hard to go abroad.

It completely depends upon you. If you want to see yourself in research, technical or teaching field then choose M.Tech, otherwise choose MBA.

This is a tricky question. In India, the cost of living is relatively lesser compared to first-world countries and hence salary will be accordingly planned and provided. There are a lot of chances that when the entire living expenses and savings are taken into consideration, India seems like a better option in the finance perspective. It is a good course to choose. The scope is great as these engineers design and develop control systems, manage and maintain, and troubleshoot existing control systems. They could be consulting or rendering technical support. Both public and private firms, IT companies, thermal power plants, chemical companies, biomedical, nuclear, aerospace industries, automation, embedded systems, systems engineering are some possible job sectors. It has a good scope both in India and abroad.

You could take up an engineering course, say in Chemical or Mechanical branches. Instead of only a bachelor's degree, even integrated masters and bachelors course is also very well. Good analytical skills, math skills, and creative skills play the key role. Professional engineering exam and relevant work experience help you become competent in petroleum engineering job.
