No, there no such course, but you can go for electronics branch or electrical branch as these branches include all the electronics machines.

During a job, you cannot pursue the regular B.Tech course. AMIE may the good option for you. You can also seek about the colleges (AICTE approved) offering B.Tech part time course, but NOC will be required from Railways for pursuing such B.Tech courses.

Getting a placement after engineering or even management is a very dynamic situation. It all depends on the industrial and economic climate of the country.
