Hello!

To get admission to B.Tech course in College of Engineering, Chengannur, it is mandatory to appear for KEAM exam under general merit quota. But if you do not wish to appear for KEAM, admission is possible through some other routes. The college has some seats reserved under Management quota in which admission is possible on the basis of 12th merit even without KEAM score, provided you have secured minimum 45% marks with Physics, Chemistry and Maths. Patil College of Engineering and Innovation, a student must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Biology/Technical subject, securing at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories). Hello!

To get admission into B.Tech, candidates must have passed 10+2 (HSE) examination with Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects with atleast 45% marks.  Admission is through KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical) exam. The seat distribution is as follows:

  • 50% Merit (Free Seats)
  • 35% Management Quota
  • 15% NRI Quota (Based on HSE marks only)

Lateral entry is also available for Diploma holders.
