The B Tech in Pharmaceutical Engg. entrance exam is usually seen as highly competitive. This is because the admission is based on national/state level exams like JEE Main and MHT CET, which in themselves are known for their competitiveness and difficulty level. There is cutthroat competition for seats at Pharmaceutical Engineering colleges, so you should prepare really well and get outstanding marks to secure a place.

For the B Tech Pharmaceutical Engineering course admission, there are a few entrance tests that you need to sit for and get excellent marks in. JEE Main, MHT CET, TS EAMCET, Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, and GUJCET top the list.
Plus, the Tamil Nadu students can apply for the TNEA Counselling after Class 12, which is a major source of admission to BTech Pharmaceutical Engineering. Other colleges that give admission based on merit in Class 12 boards often take extra rounds like the GD or PI to test the aptitude of students.
