If you want any core branch, then you can easily get admission, but if you want CS, IT is like branches with 65 percentile, then it becomes tough to get direct admission, for that you have to fill reap form.

The entrance exam for the BTech Robotics Engineering course is usually considered moderately challenging, where a strong hold on the PCM subjects is required to score excellent marks. The difficulty level also differs on the basis of the specific exam conducted at the national/state/university level, previous year exam results and students' feedback.

You must start your preparation as early as possible, create a proper study plan, and practice previous-year question papers to sail through it easily.

Absolutely, yes. The admission to the B Tech Robotics Engineering course is based on both the marks secured in Class 12 and the entrance test scores. While top colleges mandate an entrance examination for admission to the course, there are more than 60 colleges in India that give admission on the basis of Class 12 merit and may take extra rounds like the GD or PI to test the applicants' capabilities.

The time required to prepare for the entrance exam or BTech Robotics Engineering cannot be said with any certainty, but ideally you should start your preparation at least 8 to 10 months before the final exam is scheduled to take place. This will allow you to have enough time to cover the entire exam syllabus and do a thorough revision at the end to be able to attempt as many questions as possible in the exam, score an outstanding rank, and increase your chances of getting shortlisted.
