You should start your preparation as early as possible. You have a good amount of time in hand to cover all the sections of the exam syllabus. Do a thorough revision of all the important concepts. To study the M Tech in Mechanical Engineering course, you must have at least 55% marks in BTech Mechanical Engineering or a related field and clear relevant entrance tests like GATE, Andhra Pradesh PGECET, CEETA PG, etc. to grab a seat at a decent college in India.
