To target M.Tech specialisation at IIST Trivandrum, candidate must target the score as per the category they belong to. Candidates belonging to the General AI category must target a score of atleast 350. The last round closing scores for the General AI category candidates were closed between the range of 350 and 528.

IIST Trivandrum M.Tech cutoff 2024 was concluded on the basis of GATE exam score. The cutoff was released for General AI, OBC AI, SC AI, ST AI, EWS AI and PWD AI category candidates.
