Yes you have to pay fees in round 1 of COMEDK UGET to enter round 2, you are required to pay the total fees related with the seat allotted to you in Round 1, even if you choose the Reject and Upgrade option. So to proceed to Round 2, you must pay the total fee related with the seat allotted to you in Round 1.

The rank 40000 in TS EAMCET is not a good rank so the chances of getting a seat at Government College for B.Sc Nursing are not so good .
The competition level of TS EAMCET is very high but still sometimes it depends on the seat availability, specific college cutoff and the category you belong.

Both colleges have CSE branches with the same fees structure of around INR 1000000 for the 4 year course so the comparison for fees structure cannot be made.
In terms of placement and the SRM Ramapuram have a better record comparing to SRM Amaravati.
In terms of faculty and infrastructure the SRM Ramapuram is again considered better.

There are very low chances of getting admission in IET Ayodhya through JEE mains.
The IET Ayodhya primarily takes admission on the basis of UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination) rank.
A 2.5 lakh rank can help you get admission in other engineering colleges and universities but not in IET Ayodhya.
The counselling suitable for you can be Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling (UPTAC).

With a rank of 10555 in JEE (Joint Entrance Exam) and 112 in NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture), you are likely to secure a seat in a decent college or university but not the top tier institution.
Alsop these ranks are not much helpful for getting a scholarship benefit.
