With an AP EAMCET rank of 16,747 in the OC category, you stand a fair chance of getting admission to the B.Tech in Chemical Engineering at Andhra University. Looking at trends of cutoff ranks from previous years, the closing rank for the program has varied between 21,451. Your rank is good enough to get you to counseling and probable admission. It is recommended to attend all rounds of counseling and watch out for official announcements regarding changes in cutoff ranks or seat availability.

With a rank of 92,868 in EAMCET, getting admission into the CSE branch of government colleges at Ibrahimpatnam is not possible with higher cutoffs. But you can look into private or new colleges with lower fee options in the region. Some possible ones are:

Sri Indu College of Engineering and Technology

Vignan Institute of Technology and Science

Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College

Admission is seat-dependent and category-based cutoffs. Attending all counseling rounds and inquiring about management quota seats may increase your chances.

Having a TS EAMCET rank of 22,000 and an IPE score of 941, you can opt for the following colleges offering Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) courses in Telangana, which usually have lesser fee patterns:

Vardhaman College of Engineering

Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College

Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science

Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology

CVR College of Engineering

These colleges usually have low tuition fees and might have vacancies depending on your ranking. It's best to inquire about their current admission requirements and seat availability.

Both colleges have their own stats and ratings which are not so variable.

The best for you can be decided by your interest.

If you want to focus on Data science, AI and machine methodology then you should choose Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology (AIDS).

If you want to learn principals of core electric engineering and power systems and automation then you should choose PSG College of Technology (EEE).

You can get B.Tech CSE at 70-80 percentile using your home state quota. Apply for colleges in your home state. Although it's difficult to get top colleges at this percentile but you may get good college with average placements
