Candidates (pursuing HSC 2025/completed HSC in 2024 or before) willing to pursue a B.Tech degree can submit the online preadmission form available on the college admission website with payment of non-refundable/non-transferable application fees of INR 2000.

Somaiya Vidyavihar admission 2025 for BTech is online application based, for consideration of admission the candidate should go through with the application process. The steps for the application process is as follows:

The Electrical Engineering subjects for a BTech degree includes both core as well as elective subjects. The core subjects are mandatory for all the students to study in all the 8 semesters as they give you the foundational knowledge important to excel in the field in the future.

There is no fixed time duration for preparation of BTech Electrical Engineering entrance exam but usually it is better if you start at least 6 to 8 months before final date of exam. This will give you enough time for covering entire exam syllabus and revise each section that will help you get excellent marks and increase your chances of admission.
