Normal enginering is of 4 years whereas sandwich engineering is of 4.5 to 5 years. In normal enginnering your primary focus is on academic theory whereas in sandwich engineering your focus is on industrial practice as well. Industrial training is mandatory in sandwich engineering. No, you cannot get any government college with a good branch or any branch. You should try the private colleges such as Amity, LPU.

No. you cannot get IT or CSE branch in DTU with EWS rank of 27681, it usually ends up at 4-5k rank in JEE mains, you can see other branches in DTU, NSUT or IIIT DELHI. You will find good choices with this rank but surely not IT or CSE in DTU.

There are some state government colleges but should go for private colleges like LPU or Amity. You can also apply for good colleges like Thapar if you have a good board score but with a category rank of 324312 in JEE Mains you should think of private colleges as finding government colleges is tough.

CSE/IT in NITS is almost not possible but non core branches are possible in last round/spot round. Also newer IIITs have options, you can try ECE/IT in new IIITs also. You can give VITEEE exam otherwise in general category. All the courses with integrated M.Tech are tough to get in 95000 rank

If you are looking government colleges then you have to score good rank in JEE main. If you get under rank 40000 in JEE Mains you can definitely secure seat in good NIT or IIIT but if you are looking for GFTI then you have to get rank under 100k in JEE mains.

Let's talk about some private colleges under INR 1 Lacs per year:

(1)LNCT Bhopal

(2)ITM UNIVERSITY, Gwalior

If you're a PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) student without Mathematics in your 10+2, Then you are not eligible for JEE Advance.JEE Advanced is meant for admission to IITs, and the eligibility criteria clearly state that candidates must have studied Mathematics along with Physics and Chemistry in their 12th standard.

With a JEE Main score of 53.06 and a SC category rank of 55137 in JEE Mains, securing admission in top NITs, IIITs, or GFTIs may be challenging. you better try other universities or private B.Tech colleges.
