Candidates who have passed Intermediate examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Telangana with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects, or any other examination recognised by the Government of Telangana as its equivalent are eligible to apply for BTech course at CMR College of Engineering and Technology.

The NIPER Mohali M.Tech admission process starts with the NIPER JEE application process. NIPER JEE is the entrance exam conducted by NIPER Guwahati and it is mandatory for aspirants to appear for the exam is they wish to pursue M.Tech at any of the NIPERs. The entrance exam schedule for 2025 is yet to be released. However, based on the previous years' trends, the application process for NIPER JEE usually starts around the last week of April. It is expected to continue till May. The exam is typically held in June (tentative).

NIPER JEE is the accepted entrance exam for M.Tech admission at NIPER Mohali. M.Tech aspirants must apply and appear for NIPER JEE, which is conducted by NIPER Guwahati. The application form for the same is available on the official NIPER Guwahati website. The two-hour exam consists of 200 multiple choice questions (MCQs) under two sections. Section A comprises 25% questions which are based on General English, Aptitude, Reasoning, and General Knowledge etc. Section B comprises 75% of the total questions which are based on the syllabi of BPharm and PG degrees (MSc) in the relevant fields.

Yes, NIPER Mohali offers a full-time Master of Technology (MTech) at the PG level. The total duration of the M.Tech (Pharm) course offered at the institute is two years. It is offered in three specialisations. These specialisations are Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical Technology (Biochemistry), and Pharmaceutical Technology (Process Chemistry). Aspirants are required to appear for the NIPER JEE exam conducted for centralised admission process across all NIPERs.
