And compare the price of the PG and college hostel if it is more cheaper choose PG if it is not much difference you can go with the college hostel

Sorry, but you cannot join IIST which is Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology directly. If you wanna go for B.Tech CSE Course, you must have qualify for the Joint Entrance Examination and then you can apply for Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology.
