The required GATE scores vary depending on which branch you want and which category, and which round. NIT Raipur GATE cutoff 2025 for the General AI category, All India quota ranges from 354 to 590 across all M.Tech specialisations. Students belonging to the General AI quota should aim to secure well above 354 to have a chance of getting admission to NIT Raipur. Please note that this is the cutoff for the General AI category only; if you belong to another category, such as OBC AI, you would need to aim for a score ranging between 294 and 436.

NIT Raipur MTeach cutoff 2025 has been released for various specialisations, rounds and categories. This year, in 2025, the M.Tech cutoff 2025 ranged from 354 to 590 for candidates belonging to the General category, All India quota, wherein M.Tech in Energy and Environment proved to be the toughest, and on the other hand, M.Tech. in Power System and Control, the easiest, according to the lowest last round score. The competition for M.Tech in Energy and Environment has significantly increased since last year because in 2024, the last round cutoff was 355. NIT Durgapur CCMT cutoff 2025 has been released for the last round for admission to the MTech specialisations. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India and Home State categories. The cutoff rank for the General AI category candidates varied between 350 and 562.

NIT Puducherry GATE cutoff 2025 has been released for various rounds, categories and branches. For the OBC AI category, the cutoff score fell between 322 to 479, amongst all the branches, M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering was the most competitive with a cutoff score of 479, followed by M.Tech. in VLSI Design with 389 as the qualifying score.
