Yes, there is a big demand for engineers in the telecom industry. According to projections from the government reports, employment of telecommunications engineers will increase by 8% between 2020 and 2030, or approximately as quickly as the average for all occupations. 

The rising demand for telecommunications services, such as wireless and broadband internet, is anticipated to be the main driver of this increase. Since the telecom job industry keeps growing, more professionals are in high demand. Jobs ranging from telecom engineers, installers, data analysts and so on are in need of more hands.

Hi, 

Eligibility for Communications Engineering varies depending on level of study:

  • Undergraduate (B.Tech/B.E): Pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and score well in entrance exams like JEE Mains.
  • Postgraduate (M.Tech): Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably ECE or related) with a minimum aggregate score (often 60%). Selection is based on entrance exams and sometimes interviews.

Hi,

Communications Engineering focuses on the hardware and software behind information transmission, building and maintaining the physical networks and protocols that carry data.

IT focuses on the software and services that utilize those networks, developing applications, managing data, and creating user interfaces. Think apps and information processing.

No, BFTech is not a degree in engineering. With a concentration on the technical facets of the apparel production industry, this degree is in fashion technology. Although some engineering topics, such as textile science and patternmaking, are included, a whole engineering education is not provided. Hence, candidates are encouraged to not be confused between the disciplines.

IMU Visakhapatnam has released the Round 1 and Round 2 cutoff of IMU CET for admission to Naval Architecture courses. The institte accepts IMU CET entrance exam scores for admission BTech courses. During the IMU Vizag 2024 cutoff, the Round 2 closing ranks were 1930 and 2085 for BTech in Naval Architecture and Ship Building and BTech in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering courses for the General AI category students. So, considering the Round 2 cutoff, candidates with IMU CET rank of 1,737 are eligible to get admission at IMU Vizag for Naval Architecture courses.

Khalsa College Amritsar does not have Diploma Engineering course in any branch of Engineering after 10th. However college is offering various diploma courses like Diploma in Computer application, Diploma in electrician, Diploma in computer hardware and network maintenance etc can be done after 10+2.
