Best phase in a student’s life.
Placements: Almost 80% of students will be placed in our college. It offers a good placement for the students with an average of 6 LPA. The highest is 48 LP, and the lowest is 3 LPA. The companies that come to our college are Wipro, Flipkart, Amazon, etc. 50% are joining internships, and roles like software development are offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is provided in the college with a good network in every corner of our college, and the quality of the food is okay. All types of food are available in our college, like non-veg or veg, Chinese food, and Indian food of all types. Many games are played in our college.
Faculty: All the teachers are supportive of the students. They clarify and explain the topics and each and every step. They will come and ask the students if they have any doubts. However, the course is quite old, and it should be upgraded by VTU. The semester exams are average, and the passing percentage of the exam is over 70%.

Good faculty members and decent placements.
Placements: AMC Engineering College offers decent infrastructure, good faculty members, and placements mainly in CSE and ECE branches. Top companies like Wipro, Accenture, and Infosys visit. Average package is around 5 LPA to 6 LPA. Placement support can vary by branch. Placements are good here.
Infrastructure: Campus has Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, well-equipped labs, and a good library. Hostels are clean with basic amenities. Mess food is decent, and the canteen is affordable. Medical help is available. Sports facilities include cricket, basketball, and indoor games.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful, qualified, and supportive. Teaching quality is good with a practical learning focus. The curriculum is mostly relevant but needs more industry exposure. Exams are moderate in difficulty. Pass percentage is high, around 85-90%. Faculty members are good on campus.
Other: I am from 2023-2027 CSE batch. I chose this course due to my interest in coding. It offers good labs, projects, and placements. More industry exposure would help. The campus is lively with fests, clubs, sports, and is well-connected to the city.

Dissatisfied with campus placement.
Placements: The college campus is very poor. No company visits often, and even our college does not provide any training on pre-placement. Rarely, one or two companies will visit. Moreover, no internship will be provided by our college, and only a few roles will be offered, like Associate Software Engineer.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure is available, and the boys' hostel is good. Wi-Fi will not be provided by our college. Classrooms are average, with no projectors, fans, or light facilities. Hostel food is not good, and the canteen is not clean and properly maintained. But the infrastructure is average.
Faculty: Teachers are good, and they are supportive and friendly. But they won't cover all the portions before the examination; only some parts will be covered. The pass percentage is average, and students are not provided with industry-level experience and training. No industry visits are conducted.
Other: Extracurricular activities are not often conducted. Only two fests are conducted every year: one is the college fest, and another one is Kannada Rajyotsava. Students are not provided with grounds for playing games, and scholarships are also not provided by our college. But students can apply for SSP, which is provided by the Karnataka government.

I am dissatisfied due to placement situations in college as compared to other colleges.
Placements: Currently, none of the students are placed as of the 7th semester. Last year, the placement scenario was bad. At most, 20%-25% of students are placed. Top recruiting companies include Accenture, Salesforce, TCS, Soti, etc. Top roles offered are SDE, ASD, etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available on campus as well as in the hostel. Labs are available for all circuit and non-circuit branches. The quality of food is below average, as you can expect from any hostel mess or PG. The library has a lot of books, which has been a lot of help during semester-end examinations.
Faculty: Course curriculum is okay but mostly outdated. Semester-end exams are relatively easy. Teachers are okay. The pass percentage is above average. I think more than 75% of students don't have backlogs. Teachers are qualified in terms of their degrees. The teaching quality is average.

A student's perspective on AMCEC
Placements: I am currently pursuing my degree in BE-CSE from AMC Engineering College. The curriculum we follow is set by VTU in accordance with NEP 2021. Our syllabus is relevant to our industry as well. Placement training happens in our final year, and placement drives happen after that. The average placement package provided by our college is 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our campus is very serene and beautiful. The classrooms are spacious with multiple labs in the building. We also have a library where you can borrow books as well as read and study in the library. We have multiple departments for different specializations with skilled faculty in every department.
Faculty: The faculty members are very approachable and friendly. They will help you with both your academic problems as well as personal problems. They are skilled in their fields and impart their knowledge to us in class. Our curriculum is relevant to the industry and helps us to keep up with the industry standards and requirements.
Other: My time at AMC College has been fulfilling. Our annual cultural fest, "Colosseum," features ethnic celebrations and student performances. Active clubs like GLUG, GDSC, and IEEE host technical events and hackathons, fostering skill development and community engagement.

Good infrastructure, but not too good.
Placements: Only training institutes came to the college, and no other companies visited except Accenture. Our batch was the last one in the 2018 scheme, with a lack of placements. We are not satisfied with the college, and only a few students got placed in training institutes.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, and labs and classrooms are good. The food was also at a reasonable price in the canteen. The hostel fee is more than expected, and the food is average. Wi-Fi is not available in college, but the library is there. Overall, it is a good place to study.
Faculty: All the teachers don't follow the structure of the syllabus, and they will not make students industry-ready. Especially VTU is not good because they keep every semester within 3 months as they have to complete it in 5 months. Because of this, students will get less time and complete the year within 6-7 months.
Other: They will keep the events and sports that they charge for participating in. I chose a computer science course to learn and improve my skills, but placements are very bad.

Satisfied with college. Infrastructure is good.
Placements: About 80% students get placed every year. The highest package is about 30LPA and the lowest is about 3 LPA
Top recruiting companies are Infosys, TCS, Mahendra, Amazon, Flipkart etc.
About 75% students get internship opportunities. They offer certain projects to upgrade our skills.
Infrastructure: Faculty members are also good they guide you in every step. Infrastructure like labs are also good, good environment, classrooms are also big not conjusted, library also consists all types of books
Hostel facility is also good, sports events are also conducted college has indoor games facility.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, they are highly qualified with Ph.D. and have high knowledge. Teaching quality is also good. Course curriculum is relevant it helps students to get good Practical knowledge. Semester exams are not that much difficult with proper guidence they can clear and score good marks. Almost all students pass the exams.
Other: Events and fest are conducted regularly, cultural activities take place every month. Coding programmes are conducted on certain occasions.

AMC engineering college review.
Placements: The highest package is 32 LPA and the lowest is 5 LPA. TCS, Amazon, Wipro and so on are the top recruiters. A minimum of 50 percent marks are required for internships. Top roles offered are HR, employee team lead and so on.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is so big to see. It has separate labs in the college and they provide Wi-Fi facilities for everyone in the college. There are so many big classrooms. Hostel facilities are good, but the food is not at all good. The food in the hostel is not good. We can play volleyball, tennis and cricket at the college.
Faculty: The teachers and faculty are so good. The way they interact with the students is so good and the teachers teach very well to the students. They are like VTU paper. Pass percentage is 40 for the students to qualify and pass in the semester exams.
