Hi, there are about 10+ top Engineering colleges in Karnataka that accept KCET score. Out of these, 13 colleges are privately owned and 2 colleges are owned by public/government organisations. With a GATE XL score of 576 and rank of 952, it is unlikely to secure admission to IIT Guwahati's M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering in 2025. The closing GATE scores for IIT Guwahati M.Tech programs usually range around 750 or higher (General category), and Biomedical-related specializations also fall within a similar cut-off bracket.

The TNEA 2025 Cutoff will be released after each round of counselling, which is expected to start on July 14th and will continue till August 19th, 2025. The DoTE also released the TNEA 2025 Rank list on 27th June 2025.
The CSE branch cutoff is expected to be between 198 and 200 marks for candidates in the general category, between 195 and 199 for ECE, and between 192-197 for mechanical for major universities like Anna University.
Candidates from BC and MBC can get into the CSE Branch at top colleges such as CEG and PSG with scores ranging from 192 to 195, while candidates from SC can obtain the same with scores between 185 and 190.

No, candidates cannot get direct admission in AKTU for BTech programme. The university offers various UG, PG, and doctoral-level courses. Most of these programmes admit students based on their academic merit or national-level entrance test scores. The university accepts several exams, such as JEE Main, CUET, NATA, IPU CET, etc. Direct admission is provided only on vacant seats at the institution or college level.
