It is not likely that you can get admission in NIT or IIIT with 92.4 percentile with the rank of 112416 and 36416 OBC category. You may get any other government college of Bihar but it is not likely that you get an IIIT. Kindly look for another colleges.

No there is no chance that you get a fee reimbursement in VIT Amravati for the rank 144659 in JEE Mains because you took the admission so you have to pay the fee

But you can get financial assistance or scholarship later.

No it is not possible to get BTech CSE in LNMIIT with 94.45 percentile in JEE Main because they require much higher percentile and lower ranks

And if you have any reservation quota then you may get admission in that but not in CSE.

If your JEE score is 89.5 percentile then you may get private colleges but not government colleges like an IIT because they require much higher percentile.

If your JEE main rank is 2 lakhs it is unlikely that you get admission in Faculty of Technology, Delhi university because they required much lower rank. With this rank, you can get private colleges.

BTech without any entrance exam is a bit hard, but yes you can look for private colleges which might give you admission based on your 12th board result or some state government colleges which fill their leftover seats (mostly in lower branches) on the basis of class 12th marks. You might also find private colleges in Greater Noida.
