Prompt Engineering is more about the smart use of natural language and understanding AI behavior than mathematical calculations. A good command over Mathematics can surely be a plus point for you in the case of advanced-level prompting, working with datasets, or AI research and lead to better career prospects, but it is not a compulsory requirement to excel in the profession.

Prompt Engineering is not the same as coding, though they often seem like similar concepts. While coding has more to do with controlling computer behavior using static programming languages and algorithms, Prompt Engineering is about giving prompts and having dynamic conversations with AI models using natural language and seeing what kind of responses are generated.

With this rank, You can not get NIT or IIIT colleges in Odisha for BE/BTech for sure. You can try for various private colleges nearby your city or with in the state. You can try for even state government engineering colleges.

With this rank, you can not get any government college. 34 percentile 997427 CRL and 88550 rank in SC category is very low. You can try for various private colleges nearby your city or with in the state. You can try for even state government engineering colleges.

With Ajay means rank of 683 990 and belonging to the OBC quota from Uttar Pradesh securing a CSE or ECE seat in a top tier NIT or IIIT will be challenging but you may find option in your iits GFTIs or state level government colleges in UP specifically for branches other than core CSE/ECE

Best colleges for full time M.Tech in data Science course are:
1.IIT Delhi.
2.IIT Mumbai.
3.IISC Bangalore.
4.IIT Kharagpur.
5.IIT Roorke.
6.IIT Hyderabad.
7.NIT Trichy.
Fees Approximately around INR 1lakh per year. Admissions are through GATE exams which also ensure merit based selection.

Many universities doesn't consider JEE Mains
In those government colleges include:
1.Jadavpur university, Kolkata.
2.Veermata jijabai Technological Institute, Mumbai.
3.College of Engineering, Pune.
4.Lalbhai dalpatbhai college of engineering, Ahmedabad.
5.Sri venkateshwara university college of engineering, Tirupati.
If you aren't ready to travel so far you can choose the college nearby.
