According to last year counselling there is possibility of getting following branches from first round counselling.
1. I. T
2. Chemical
3. Mining
4. Production
5. Metallurgy
But you can get other branches also like electrical, ECE or civil in the second round counselling. So with CML Rank 524 you can get good branch at B. I. T Sindri.

Yes, you can. After 10th you have to write POLYCET through which you will be getting admission into some Polytechnic college based on the rank you get in POLYCET. You can also have a chance to select the branch of your favour. But if you choose this, then you will lose chance of getting into IIT or NIT because course will be three years after that you will be promoted directly to B.Tech 2nd year. So plan accordingly.

See there is not much of time left in the GATE exam so i will not wast much time by writing anything extra.
I will come straight to the point. For Gate i will definitely recommend the Made Easy. If you are preparing for GATE 2020 then opt for Made Easy Handwritten Notes plus its workbooks or if after Gate 2020 you are looking for then definitely go for Made Easy Study Material.
It is the best and there are so many online websites available from where you can get that like Notes4u.
Thank you!!!

suggest you to take CSE engineer, it's better than metallurgical engineering. It's my personal opinion, I'm also a cs Engineer and I know very well it's scope. It's easier to find job by CSE engineering. There are lots of it companies and startups now a days.

What are the chances of MS admission after 15 backlogs in engineering?
Hi. Please don't feel demotivated by your backlogs. I understand and accept the fact that 15 is indeed a big number. Considering you attended a top 10 ranked college in India, you still have good chances, provided you make up for your backlogs (and CGPA) with an extremely good GRE/TOEFL. Moreover, you still have your LORs and SOP in your hand at the moment, which play a very crucial role in the decision. If you manage to get an LOR from your dean/program manager, who would have seen you clear your backlogs, it would be nothing like it! It would obviously be tough for

No, you do not need to give the Jain Entrance Test JET to get admission into the Jain University for a B.Sc. Degree course. The reason is because this exam is conducted by Jain University for admission to B.Tech courses only. The university offers a Bachelor of Science in around 32 specializations, and you have to meet the basic eligibility criteria, which is: (a) You must have passed the 12th grade at a recognised board. (b) You should have scored more than 40% in the relevant Science subject at 12th-grade level. If you fulfill this criteria, you may directly apply online on the university website. However, final admissions will be ba
