Hello Alekya, cutoff for Ph.D. I am afraid that there is no cut-off for Ph.D. One needs to pass an entrance exam and all those who pass this can register themselves for Ph.D. Best wishes to you.

4 M.Sc. In Computer Science colleges in Allahabad University. J. K. Institute of Applied Physics and Technology, Allahabad University. MNNIT Allahabad - Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology. SHUATS - Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences. AMU - Aligarh Muslim University. Hello Sweet Thakur, it's very nice to hear from you that inspite of 5 years working experience you are interested in doing your PG. These days open universities are debarred from offering any professional courses. Hence this method is blocked. You can think of doing it in a college that is offering evening and weekend classes. For this, you need to find colleges in your place of residence that are offering PG. Then ring up each one to find out which one is offering evening classes.
