Hello Sunita, an interesting query. As a rule of thumb CSE at IIT Mumbai is at the topmost place of branches and IIT's. Hence closing rank is invariably below 75 or 100. As you must be knowing marks don't count but ranking counts. Best wishes to you.

Yes, you have to appear for both TIMSAT and IMUCET to be eligible to pursue this course. Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Tolani Maritime Institute of Scholastic Aptitude Test TMISAT based on marks obtained in 10+2 (PCM marks) and Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test IMUCET rank.
