Being an alumnus of LPU I would prefer LPU as it has helped me grow professionally and provides exposure to various opportunities in terms of internships, workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, placements etc. Lovely Professional University is the best engineering college in India. Yes you can but the B.A. Must be from a DEC recognised university. Even if you could do it from top 50 b school, it would worth time and value.
