TANCET result is released before the scorecard. The result released on the TANCET website has the marks of the candidate calculated based on the marking scheme. Along with the marks, TANCET result also indicates the percentile score. Whereas, the scorecard of TANCET exam will not have the marks.

TANCET results are declared with 20-30 days of the exam date. Candidates find the TANCET results on the official exam website. Soon after the result declaration, TANCET scorecard is released. Candidates have to download the TANCET scorecard for dicument verification during the counselling process.

Candidates from general category must target to score no less than 200 marks for admission in IITs. The safe score for OBC-NCL and Gen-EWS category would be above 150. However, candidates belonging to reserved category from SC/ST/PwD can get admission in IITs with score of 100.
