BVP CET 2024: Exam Dates, Application Form, Eligibility, Syllabus, Exam Pattern, Result, Counselling

Bharati Vidyapeeth Common Entrance Test, also known as BVP CET is a university exam conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune for admissions to various UG and PG programmes. The exam is a gateway to as many as 700 BTech seats at the University. Candidates will be offered seats based on the marks obtained in BVP CET 2024.

• Aspirants must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (H.S.C)/ the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE) or any other equivalent examination of any recognized Board/University from any school/college situated in India.
• Interested aspirants should have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as the main subjects along with Biotechnology/Chemistry/Biology/Technical as one of the optional subjects.
• Open-category candidates must secure 45% aggregate marks in the 10+2 examination
• Reserved category aspirants need to secure 40% aggregate marks
• Aspirants who have appeared or are likely to appear for any qualifying examination like HSC and whose results have not yet been declared will also be eligible to appear for the exam. However, these students are required to produce their HSC mark sheet during counselling.

Appearing in BVP CET 2024 was a three-stage process that included, application, entrance test and counselling. Here’s an overview:

STEP 1: Filling the Application form

Application forms for BVP CET 2024 has to be filled out online by logging on to BVU’s official website. BVP CET Registration is closed now. The application form was available till June 1, 2024. To fill the application form online, the candidates have to register on the official website as new users.

STEP 2: Downloading Admit Card

BVP CET 2024 admit cards were released online on the institute's website. The candidates had to download their admit cards from the official website on the scheduled date as notified in the admission schedule.

STEP 3: Appearing in the Entrance Exam

BVU conducted BVP CET 2024 on June 9, 2024. This exam is a mandatory step to secure admission at the university. The entrance exams was of Multiple Choice Questions format carrying subject-specific questions.

STEP 4: Results

BVP CET 2024 result was announced on June 18, 2024. Results of entrance exams for different courses was announced on different dates. The candidates can check their results on the official website

STEP 5: Counselling

The university conducted the BVP CET 2024 Counselling from July 2 to 5, 2024. All the selected candidates based on BVP CET had to participate in the counselling for admission. The candidates who have been allotted seats need to confirm their admission by paying admission fees within the specified dates.
