JEE Mains mark is for engineering course. B.Sc. Is not a engineering course. Admission is B.Sc. Course is based on college internal entrance exam or class 12 marks.

Your rank will be in between 40 - 50 K. You may get dual degree or smart manufacturing branch. You may get lower branches in SASTRA. I would suggest you to go for upcoming JEE Mains exam and try to improve your percentile.

I don't think you can get any government college at this percentile. Better you focus on upcoming JEE Mains exam and try to improve your marks. You need at least 60 percentile.

The Inter transfer in Polytechnics are very common and you can get the transfer very easily. Please meet your HOD or Principal regarding this and tell him the issues related to transfer. He will definitely take necessary action regarding this.
