Genetics is a 2 year post graduate degree programme, the minimum eligibility is a Bachelor's degree from a recognised institute or its equivalent exam. Interested candidates can get admission to M.Sc. Genetics course on the basis of candidate's performance in a relevant entrance exam, and subsequent round of counseling. Yes can get admission. But I think so it is somewhat difficult to do correspondence course in aerospace. you better to consult universities which provides you admission in aerospace department. Because most of the deemed universities provides these type of courses. And mostly Aerospace academy's provides this course. For doing MSc you must and should clear the entrance exam

It is quite difficult to know the exact marks which will get you rank under 20000 as the cutoff changes every year. According to past cutoff data, try to score more than 160 marks in JEE Main to be ranked under 20,000.
