EE as a core branch is better than ECE. EE has more scope for government jobs too. I suggest you to join EE.

Yes, you can pursue. There are many colleges in India which offer MA and also M.Sc in Anthropology wherein one can pursue Masters in Anthropology having graduated from a recognised university in any stream. However, there are also few colleges which ask for graduation with Anthropology as a subject or graduation in Anthropology.

Most of the colleges in Bhopal have a good placement, but if you are talking specifically about B.Tech, then the Rabindranath Tagore College has a high placement as compare to other colleges in Bhopal. And the prettiest thing which I like about this college is the maximum number of students got placement. Mostly all the students got placement. Best of luck and I hope you got your answer.
