See, the thing is that maths is not going to leave any where. It is required in any entrance exam. B.Tech is having maths as very important subject so you can't leave it.

All Government College of engineering in mechanical engineering they are taking Diploma based students in second year and private college are also taking.

If you are doing Diploma in mechanical engineering, then you can take admission in DY Patil college and if you have your Diploma completed then you can take admission in 2nd semester.
