What should be the score/ percentile in JEE Mains & advance to get admission in iits.

It changes as per the different years. For cutoff it is about 70 marks. And to get admission in NIT your JEE Main rank should be under 15K about 200 marks. And, for IIT your JEE Advance rank should be under 10,000 about 175 marks in JEE Advanced.

Class timing of any institute is not fixed. It changes as per order of authority of that college.

You got to do well in your boards first of all and after that if you want to study in any government college, then you have to give JEE Mains exam and do very good there.
