Hello,
Aspirants who are pursuing Master's degree in any Science stream should go for the CSIR NET Exam. As you are pursuing M.Tech in structure engineering, it will be good for you to apply for the CSIR NET Earth Sciences. To apply for the CSIR NET Exam, you should score at least 55% aggregate marks in your postgraduation. So, before you apply for the CSIR NET Exam, make sure that you are fulfilling all the required eligibility criteria. Best of luck.

Hello,
A lot of colleges provide lateral entry. Government colleges as well as the private colleges accept lateral entry. Eg GGSIPU, Galgotias, Amity, LPU, etc. Almost all of the college provide lateral entry.

Hello Rafeeq. You can join to any of them as long as you are not worried about admission fees. Government college lecturers are chosen through a series of tests, which are really tough to crack unless they are good at their subjects. After these tests they are given training on how to teach/express the knowledge in best way. The sad thing is, even after these many investments on selecting lecturers to government college/ school, majority of them do not work up to the mark.
