Slot booking always begins approximately three days before the exam date of each LPUNEST phase. Make sure to apply and book your slot within that window for the phase you're targeting. For the current exam schedule, slot booking began on August 1, 2025.

LPUNEST is conducted across multiple phases, giving multiple opportunities to apply, appear for the exam, and secure admission or scholarships. There's no requirement to appear for an earlier phase to apply in a later one, each phase is independently accessible

Computer Science engineering (CSE) is considered as the most sought - after branch considered to Electronicals and computer engineering (ECM) and then Electronics and communication engineering (ECE).

While all these branches are good for career prospects, But mostly CSE is consistently choosed over the ECM and ECE.

If you're passionate about coding, software development or data related fields CSE is the best option.

If you're passionate about electric circuits and hardware design ECE is the best option.

If you're passionate about both software and hardware particularly in embedded systems and IoT the ECM is best option.
