Yes, you can. But first, ensure that you have at least 55-60 % in your Bachelor's. Then less than 6 appearances in the supplementary exam would be good. Write IELTS exam, get an overall 6.5 and individual 6 bands. Apply for a college in Canada, wait for their conditional or unconditional offer letter. Then start the visa procedure. For a smooth journey, I would suggest you consult overseas education consultants.

Yes, it's a great choice, especially for people who do not wish to spend an awful lot of their career in operations. If you have a Masters with HR specialisation, you would get preference for HR vacancies in engineering related companies. That's not to say that other options are not available.

Aspirants with least 50% marks in Graduation (under the 10+2+3 plan) from a recognised university are exempted from the entrance test for admission. Interested applicants with beneath 50% marks in graduation are required to pass in the test (MAT/CAT/XAT/ATMA/some other state-level test). To be qualified for the interview.
