Visit the college's previous year's rankwise admission. With this rank, you can get admission for CSE but every year, the prescribed rank varies, so wait for the counselling result.

No, you can't get full scholarship in any private university, but in case of government colleges, if your family income is less than one lakh and you are an SC/ST then you will get free education, or if there is no one in your family with income, then also you will get free education.

HU Rank: It is your rank from the university within which you have given your CET exam. Example, Mumbai University/Pune University, etc. colleges that fall under a certain university will have around 70% seats reserved for students with the same HU like COEP will have 70% reservation for Pune students, 30% for other state students. While OHU (other than home university) means you want to pursue the course from other university region. In this case, you will claim your seat within 30% of total intake.
