Yes, Miss you can. But let me tell you something A.M.E. Is a 3 to 4 years license course and not a graduation course and graduation this days is necessary, though you will earn well after A.M.E. But these days a graduation certificate is also necessary. So, I would like to suggest first go for B.Tech/B.E and after B.Tech/B.E if you don't get a job than go for A. M.E

If you are asking about Govt. Polytechnic Mumbai, Then Diploma in Fire and Industrial safety is not available here. The college have Certified Safety Officer course under continuing education program. The duration of course is one year and the eligibility criteria is 10 passed/12 passed /ITI.

Yes you can choose any of these but remember there are no connection between them chemical engineering and B.Sc. Are totally different from MPSC exam so it's totally up to you what would you have to choose it depends on your interest but remember choose the subject which will suitable for you.
