As per Refund Rules for students of 2018-19, those who withdraw their names from the course before commencement of classes as notified by the appropriate authority, are entitled to a refund after deduction of Rs. 1000/- as processing charge. Hi MD Shahzada, Please note the process of up-gradation works like this. After first set of seat allotment you will be asked whether you are happy with the allotted branch and the college or not. If yes you freeze. If not you have 2 options
