The one I have heard good things about is Thapar Institute of engineering and technology. They are one of the best in B.Tech, engineering and technology associated institutions. B. Tech and BE in computer science both are the same B.Tech is Bachelor of Technology and Bachelor of Engineering the only difference rely on the university which provides the degree. Few give you B.Tech and few give you BE.
