Hi there,
With a rank of 17896, you can get colleges like SMDCET, Dharwad & BVB, Hubli but the fee structure for them will be around 1.8 lacs per annum. You will not get any good college with fee structure under 1 lacs via COMEDK.

There is an absolute opportunity for a non M.Ed student to opt mechanical in B.Tech any institution which have course B.Tech will provide you this mechanical stream to you.

The fee structure depends on the rank which you get in the entrance exam. And to get admission in AE, your rank must be below 20k. The total fees is nearly 1 lac per year.

You can get aerospace engineering in few of the colleges via COMEDK with 45K but you will not get the top colleges for aerospace branch with this rank.
