The eligibility criteria is that the candidate must have scored atleast 45% marks in H.S.C. from Maharashtra board or any other refinished board. The selection process is fully merit based.

As far as mere prediction is concerned about JEE Advanced cut off 2019 then yes, one can predict anything. However, prediction is actually no use as reality is something one has to face.
