It's not possible to edit the application form after the results are declared. It's better to inform at the time of counselling.

With these marks, there is no chance to get admission in any government college like NIT or GFIT. With these marks, your general rank is 235k and at this rank, you will not be able to get admission in government college but I will give you a suggestion to get admission in best state government college of India if you give the paper of JEE Mains and secured rank up to 5 Lakhs and 12th percentage is good, so you can take admission in any government college by state counselling. Being a computer Science student myself, I can tell you that it doesn't depend on college. Mostly, it depends on you and your personal efforts how much you will achieve in your career. There are many online sources to learn computer Science better than any college. Even a school student can learn computer Science. For more details you should check my other answers. I hope you got my point.

In my personal opinion, B.Tech + MBA doesn't make sense. They both are different stream courses. B.Tech is about technology and MBA is for management. You can also do MBA if you are not a Science student. But, you can't do engineering if you're not a Science student. Now, I would recommend you to first complete your engineering with CSE branch. Then, if you feel like doing MBA, write CAT and go for it.
