Yes, you can definitely get admission to VVP Engineering College's B.E./B.Tech course without writing JEE Main — admission is primarily based on GUJCET plus Class 12 PCM marks, processed through Gujarat's ACPC counselling system. A valid GUJCET score and decent board marks (typically 45%) are good enough .

You can apply for B.E. / B.Tech at Technocrats Institute of Technology and Science as you can go directly on the website page get yourself enroll into it and 45% is mandatory in 10+2  and JEE Mains is also considered and after all valution they willb bcall for conuselling

Get a valid rank by enrolling in WBJEE or JEE Main.
