If you're SC category female aiming for NIT Calicut you'll need a seriously good rank for CSE like under 789 for other state seats or under 4674 for home state in 2025. So 80 percentile is far from enough to grab CS at NIT Calicut.

If you want to study civil engineering in odisha try for NIT rourkela if your JEE rank is good otherwise state government colleges like VSSUT, OUTR Bhubaneswar, GCE Keonjhar or Parala maharaja college are solid options.

With 314517 obc rank and 8 Lacs CRL getting into NIT, IIIT, or GFTI is not possible but you can still get a seat in private engineering colleges through management quota or low-rank acceptance state colleges.

Yes, Yonsei University accepts IELTS for B.Tech admissions. Usually, they want around 6.5 or higher for English proficiency. Most uni, universities in Seoul, including SNU and Korea University, also accept IELTS for B. Tech courses, just make sure to check each department's requirement.

With 7.2 Lacs CRL and 58k SC rank getting NITs or IIITs is not possible. The placements are usually low in colleges that accept such ranks but you can still try state government colleges or private ones that offer scholarships. Check colleges like LPU, SRM or Amrita for decent placements.

At 707729 rank getting any NIT or IIITt is almost impossible unless you have a strong category rank like ST or PWD. Even then also very few seats in less demanded branches might be available.

With a CRL general category rank of one Lacs nine thousand eight hundred two, securing a CSE seat in NITs, DTU, or NSUT will be extremely challenging. These institutions typically have much lower cut-offs, even with home state quotas. While your J&K home state quota might slightly improve chances in NIT Srinagar, getting CSE at this rank is still unlikely. You might consider other engineering branches in newer NITs or look into private universities that accept JEE Main scores.

With an OBC category rank of seventy-one thousand five hundred in JEE Mains, securing admission in IIIT Bhubaneswar is generally very challenging. The cut-offs for IIITs, even for OBC, are usually much lower. While having a green card might offer some specific quotas or relaxed criteria for international applicants at some institutions, it's not a standard factor for JEE Mains-based admissions for Indian citizens. Your best bet would be to check the DASA (Direct Admission of Students Abroad) scheme if your green card status qualifies.
