Yes, you should do MBA after Bachelors of Engineering in civil, because it will not only give you an extra scope, but also give you a plan b what if you cannot get a good job in civil engineering, so at least you have a MBA degree with you which can not only give you a good job, but also great package.

There is no problem, if you switch from one board to the another the only thing that depends upon is the quality of education that you get if you are studying in ICSE school and you are getting a poor quality of education then you are the wrong place so the thing that only depends upon is the quality of education, so look forward for the best school and get admission in it.

Through in this competition environment, there is no branch which is unknown. However, some of the least popular or less competitive areas of engineering are; Aerospace Engineering, Avionics Engineering, Nanotechnology, Quantum Computing, Molecular Technology, Robotics & Automation, Artificial Intelligence and still there are many more.
