You can't get any NIT college with this rank in JEE Mains. You may better try in CSAB instead in JoSAA counselling.

I would prefer IT in IIIT Lucknow as it has shown good placement result in 2019 considering it has 98.6% placement percentage and it is still ongoing.

Since this year only the Manipal Entrance Test is of 800 marks along with a negative marking so anything above 550+ is a good score to comfortably get CSE at Manipal campus. There was no negative marking last year, but this year is.

It's possible from 12th to B.Tech, but not after Diploma sadly. However, the best thing I would suggest is to contact the counsellor of the college or university for in-depth knowledge or guidance if you really want to do it.

First of all, congratulations. With 115/200 marks in NATA 2019 exam, 99 percentile in JEE Mains Paper 2 exam and 85% in class 12th, you can surely secure admission in Sir J.J College of Architecture.
