Yes, you have high chances of getting a seat in SASTRA University based on your JEE Mains score, but it is difficult to say whether you can get CSE because the competition is too high. You should contact with either your college authorities or the concerned authorities which are involved in this scholarship. If it is delayed due to college authorities, go and talk with the principal of the college. He will help you. You should go for TNEA and JAC admissions they provide admissions on basis of board marks. You should also try for Amity university, Noida it is very good in private colleges and they give scholarships on basis of board marks. There are many colleges / universities which offers B.Tech and MBA both. The famous colleges which provide this courses are old IITs, old NITs, BITs Pilani, DTU, IP, etc.

Your cut-off is really good. But it is difficult to get Mechanical or EEE at the main campus of Anna University if you belong to OC, BC etc. You can get it if you belong to SC or ST only. Hence you may try your best at th counseling to get the main campuses, or atleast the top colleges like PSG, SSN etc.
