Hello Ayush,
Every entity co-ordinating admissions spanning multiple rounds have different sets of rules. Normally speaking once student accepts the branch for which he has given preference while filling up counselling form online cannot seek to change the branch immediately in the subsequent rounds.

First of all, getting into any Technical University. You should compulsorily have Maths in class 12th. Moreover, you need more than 75% to get into DTU and NSUT.

As you have scored 55 in cee. So, you are eligible to take admission for B.Tech. You should apply for the counselling and go till the last round of the counselling.
You will be given a seat.

There was a status of MMMUT before 4-5 years. But, now the status of MMMUT is decreasing day by day. JSS Noida is a better choice than MMMUT.

St Mary's Engineering Women's College in Guntur has a good reputation for it's academics and good staff. It's reported that the placements are excellent. Many reputed Indian companies as well as MNC's visit campus for placements. If you are getting admission, I would like to advise you that please grab the opportunity.
