You can get only private college with this rank. You are eligible for college like KIET Ghaziabad, AKGEC Ghaziabad, ABESEC Ghaziabad.

I don't think that you can get any good NIT with this percentile, because your rank may be probably above INR. 1 Lacs in general and may be above 10,000 in EWS category. So, there is very low chance. And, there is no benefit of taking admission in eastern nits except NIT silchar. Try for IIITS or GFTIS.

There is no chance of getting CSE with this rank in Punjab University. You can try for other branches, or else try for CSE in other government colleges or universities. Best of luck.

Thanks for your question. First and foremost you have to appear for JEE Mains through this you have to score good marks and after that apply for MPDTE and by using you're JEE score, choice filling option available for you, so choose your 1st preference SGSIT then there is chance for getting your preferred college.

I can't assure you 100%, but If you wrote JEE exam and score good percentage you can.
With your quota, you can apply directly in college you can't attend JoSSA, unless you write JEE (main & advanced).
