No, you need not any approval, if you complete your B.Ed, B.Ed courses are already approved by the government, so no need of such approval. You can start your career in teaching if you have done B.Ed after completing your B.Tech. Best of luck.

AME is off total 3 years course in which you clear the DGCA papers, but after doing diploma too it would be of 3 years only.
