Appearing for PGCET is prime criteria for admissions in engineering colleges under VTU in Karnataka. Better you contact NIE Admission block once.

Hi Vaman,
Although your score is low in JEE Mains, but I will suggest you to participate in counselling and apply for GRIET Hyderabad, CVR College of Engineering Hyderabad, MGIT Hyderabad, Vardhman College of Engineering-Hyderabad, UCT Hyderabad, Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus Ibrahimpatnam etc. And, please go for branches other than computer Science engineering in these colleges. Best of luck.
