Hello,
BIT-Sindri does not take admission on the basis of JEE Main score. It has its own exam called JCECE and students are admitted on the basis of score in it. So, if you want admission here, then please appear for JCECE exam. Last date for application form submission is 25 may and exam date is 5 June. So, you can still prepare and have a good score. All the best.
Go here for more info on JCECE:

Congrats for your son's rank. But, as you are not from Delhi, so your son cannot get admission into IIIT Delhi with this rank. If you would have been from Delhi, then he could have easily gotten into CSE branch. For outside Delhi region, students, the seats get exhausted around INR. 12k. So, please try out for some other engineering colleges. All the best.

Go for NIT Warangal, there should be no conflict in between top NIT and a good private college.

For branch like EEE, you should prefer the top college. I suggest you to go with NIT-Trichy.

It seem difficult but not an issue, I suggest you to choose your college and branch list wisely prefer top colleges with top branches then lower branches then slightly low rank college with top branch and the low branch. It will help to get you to a good NIT.
