B.Tech is better, as it fetches you a technical degree, while B.Sc would be considered as a regular Bachelor's degree. Also, if you opt for B.Tech, you would have more technical exposure as the course content is more detailed, number of practicals and projects would also be more as B.Tech is completed in 4 years. But yes, if you want to complete your studies as soon as possible, B.Sc would be better. And the fees for B.Sc is also lesser relatively. However, if you are interested in computer Science field and want to learn more, B.Tech is suggested. All the best.

It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering in aeronautical branch. For this aim of yours, you must begin by studying well in class 11th/class 12th. Understand the subjects. Understand the principles. You must get more than 75% in 12th. Take some coaching for JEE Mains. Clear this exam and prepare for JEE Advanced. That's all. Once you clear JEE Advanced. You can take admission for this branch in one of the IIT's.
